If you are not satisfied with your golf training aid purchased from this website, you can call us to get a return authorization within 30 days. In most cases we will be able to provide a full refund (less S&H), but if the product is not in "like-new" condition we reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Products without an RA# (return authorization number) may cause confusion and the return shipment may be refused - please call us if you have a problem with your product . we will do everything we can to try to solve the problem to your satisfaction. All returns are subject to evaluation before issuing credit.

When you place an order on our secure site, we will be notified and sent an e-mail confirmation with your order number within 1 business day. Orders shipped via UPS may be tracked on-line using the link provided in the confirmation e-mail.
Please note, Next Day Air shipments sent on Friday will not arrive on Saturday unless you let us know you would like "Saturday delivery" ($10 extra charge). If an item is ordered for Next Day Air shipment on a Thursday afternoon, it likely will not arrive until the following Monday. If your game needs help "next day", you should call us to verify we can get your item to you on time.
We do the best we can to estimate shipping charges, so please use the charges provided as a guideline. International orders will generally be more to ship, and domestic orders may be slightly less - especially when combining 2 or more items. On international orders, any additional charges, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and fees, are the sole responsibility of you, the customer.
